Teachers teach more by what they are than by what they say.

Whe you talk about how to teach it always comes to your mind the simple idea of transmiting your knowledge to others by common strategies.

But when you think about teaching in a deeper way it´s when you start to wonder about the real influences you have over those who trust you as a guide of knowledge and behavior.

Now a days it is bealieved that a teacher has a bigger influence on their students by the way they act than by the way they said it should be act.

Most of the time porffesors are in the public eye giving theirselves away everyday and everytime with their "example" of what should be done in the society.

Even parents conseidered teachers as the second parents for their kinds, beacause it is supposed that appart from teaching accademyc stuff they also have to teach values and norms to the kids in order to have well prepared people in the future.

Eventhough teachers are not suppose to teach abything else appart from knowledge, in my opinion I do believe they should pay more attetion to the other side of the wall, wich is that they are a roll model for the society or at least for thei students and taht everything they say should be reflected on what they do in order to have coherency and value in their porffesional speech.

Taking into account thta you are the "heroe" for some kids and the " parebts" for their parents shold be the inspiration to be a better teacher everyday.

 I really love this song because to me it has everything : the lyrics,the music, the bit, his voice, and of course Slash guitar solo is perfect. I have tons of favorite songs (TONS); but this one in particular makes me feel really happy at any time and moment.

To me Slash is one the biggest virtuso performance ever.

Sweet Child O´Mine was a massive hit because of the catchy rythim.

Subject: Restrooms.

Introduction.

The purpose of this report is to inform you some of the problems we have with the Restrooms of the school do to the fact I have seen most of the restrooms all over the faculty.

Sanitary Condition.

The restrooms most of the time are dirty in all context, including toilet and mirrors.

Rubbish.

During the day the rubbish cans are always full and even the paper is spreaded all over the floor.

Irregular water supply.

Some of the times there is not water, which causes chaos with the community, because they are all dirty, and we cannot use them.

Not enough restrooms.

Despite of the quality of restrooms the school has, they are not enough, especially when most of the community is resting.

Conclusion.

I would like to give some suggestions in order to imporve the conditions of the faculty specially by fixing the restrooms, first of all you can hire someone to clean the toilets and to change the rubbish cans frequently and second of all you can improve some device in order to have water always.

I think these recommendations are highly suitable for the students to have a better service in the faculty.

Now a days most of the sports we know are really entertaining but at the same time a bit agressive not for the audience but the players.
In the article it is mentioned that in the past the player (any sport) had to keep on playing no matter what but now it is necesary to have the doctors permission to keep on playing.
I think that is the perfect option for both players and audience, because as an audience it is not nice to see soemone getting hurt in a serious way, and as a player because maybe they are earning money for the game, but if they get hurt really intense they might die and won´t be able to play once again in their life.
It is true that the more aggressive the more entertaining especially for men that are really into this kind of excitment, but I prefer having someone healthy on the field than someone famous but dead.

Stress Busters.

Now a days it is pretty common to be in a rush  that´s why I´ll give you some of the most simple techniques to get chill in order to get rid of stress.

I´am going to list some of the things that work for me:

♥ Get some comfortable clothing and take off your shoes.

♥ Lay on your bed or coach, but before that turn off the lights and put some music ,preference something calm like Coldplay, U2 ,Pink Floyd, etc...

♥And at the end you just need to take a deep breathe.

EXTRA TIP --> If you are lucky enough you can get something or someone to give you a massage ;)
