Now a days it is pretty common to be in a rush that´s why I´ll give you some of the most simple techniques to get chill in order to get rid of stress.
I´am going to list some of the things that work for me:
♥ Get some comfortable clothing and take off your shoes.
♥ Lay on your bed or coach, but before that turn off the lights and put some music ,preference something calm like Coldplay, U2 ,Pink Floyd, etc...
♥And at the end you just need to take a deep breathe.
EXTRA TIP --> If you are lucky enough you can get something or someone to give you a massage ;)
